These terms apply to purchases made through this website and to treatments delivered at Temple Day Spa.
Bookings
Treatment bookings are made through our booking system. A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us.
Please arrive ten minutes before your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment, as we cannot run over into the next guest's time. The full price still applies.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or failure to attend, may incur a fee of up to the full treatment value. Deposits taken for packages, couples treatments and group bookings may be non-refundable inside that window.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase and are redeemable at both Unley and Semaphore against any treatment, package or retail product.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be reloaded. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced unless we can verify the purchase. If a treatment costs less than the voucher value, the balance remains on the voucher.
Health and suitability
You must tell your therapist about any medical condition, allergy, pregnancy, recent surgery or medication that may affect your treatment. Some treatments are unsuitable in certain circumstances — pregnancy massage requires that you are past twelve weeks, for example.
We reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment where we believe it is not safe or appropriate.
Products
Product images are indicative. We take care to describe products accurately, but colours and packaging may vary.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, though this will not affect an order already accepted.
Conduct
Our spaces are quiet, shared and private. We ask that mobile phones are silenced. We reserve the right to end a treatment without refund where a guest behaves inappropriately toward our team or other guests.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding its price.
