For treatments we may also collect relevant health information — allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions, medications — where it affects the safety or suitability of a treatment.

Why we collect it
To process your orders and bookings, to deliver treatments safely, to respond to enquiries, to send you marketing where you have opted in, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us operate: our booking system (Timely), our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors, and delivery partners. We do not sell your personal information.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia. By using this site you consent to that transfer.
Health information
Any health information you give us is treated as sensitive information. It is used only to deliver your treatment safely, is accessible only to relevant staff, and is not used for marketing.
Marketing
We will only send marketing where you have opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by contacting us.
